Privacy

Dimsome by Way of Life is made by Way of Life (GGR ehf.), Iceland. We collect as little as we can. This page says what, why and for how long. Questions: info@wayoflife.is.

What we keep

• Your email and, if you give it, your name. To send your license key, links to your account and notices about your subscription.
• Your subscription. Plan, price, payment dates and status, and the consent text you agreed to.
• Your devices. A one-way code for each install (not your device name or serial number), the platform, the name you see in your account, and when it last checked in. This is how one key works on up to 3 devices.
• Your schedule settings. Wake time, red-by time and whether the schedule is on, so they follow you between devices.

What we never see

Your card details go straight to Straumur, our payment provider, on their secure page. We only keep a payment token from Straumur that lets us renew your subscription. Dimsome does not read what is on your screen, which apps you use (apart from the ones you choose to skip, which stay on your device) or your location.

Who helps us

• Straumur (Iceland): card payments.
• Klaviyo: sending emails about your key and subscription.
• Vercel and Railway: hosting the website, the license server and its database.

How long

While you have a subscription, and afterwards as long as bookkeeping law requires for payment records. Ask us and we delete the rest.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@wayoflife.is. You can also complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd).
